Innovative Applied Sciences Partners with Lear-Siegler Services, Inc

Innovative Applied Sciences [Innovative] has signed a teaming agreement with Lear-Siegler Services, Inc. [LSS] to compete for US Government contracts under the second and third generations of the multi-year Rapid Response Program. Rapid Response program is a Multiple-Award, Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite Delivery (MAID/IQ) contract vehicle with the U.S. Army Communications and Electronics Command (CECOM). It is used by the US Army other federal agencies as a rapid response contracting vehicle to get work awarded quickly in support of government systems, weapons platforms and vehicles.

"Lear Siegler is a terrific partner for Innovative Applied Sciences", said Mike Prevost, CEO of Innovative. "This agreement adds just the kind of capacity building that we need to successfully compete for larger systems and software engineering contracts with the Department of Defense and other Federal agencies that use Rapid Response".

"Innovative is small software engineering company specializing in real-time solutions and systems engineering", explained Bob Stiegler, President and a founder of Innovative. "We have been doing this type of work for more than 14 years. LSS really 'gets' the value of small business partners, and this teaming agreement paves the way for our mutual success".

Innovative Applied Sciences is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business [SDVOB]. It is a team member of the Pen Bay Media Veterans Technology Services Government Wide Acquisition Contract [VETS GWAC] for information technology. It has offices in New York, Massachusetts, and Maine.

Lear Siegler Services, Inc., a division of URS, is a prime vendor under the Multiple-Award, Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite Delivery CECOM Rapid Response (CR2) program with the U.S. Army Communications and Electronics Command (CECOM).
